Function Room 

A very classy medium sized carpeted room this is the perfect room for your next presentation evening, public meeting or service.

C3 Conference Venue's function room has its own stage and has an inbuilt audio system that can be used for bands and presentations. Wedding services and functions are often held in this room as it is well presented and looks out to our beautiful tree filled atrium.

Comfortably seating from up to 110 people, the function room will truly reflect the professional image you want for your next gathering.

Function Room prices start from $400- for 4 hour hire an includes seating if required. 
This price increases through the week to Sunday. Hire of a basic microphone and speaker system is an additional $150 and use of the built in sound system and lighting can be used, operator cost starts from $200- for 4 hours and are capped at $400 for the day.

Any catering requirements are additional.
